Women of Soma, we would like to invite you to join us at The Table. Jesus spent much of his life around various tables connecting with people who were different from himself. We want to create an avenue for the women at Soma to build similar relationships.
The vision for this is to have women of different life stages and backgrounds meet in small groups once a month for three months (June-August). We'll share a pitch-in meal where everyone answers four questions which will be different every month.

This weekend is our Local Partner Sunday with Elevate Indianapolis. Come and worship alongside teens in our neighborhood, hear about our partnership with Elevate’s Transformational Leadership program, and celebrate what God is doing in the city!
Immediately after the Gathering, join us for a church wide lunch as we celebrate our partnership with Elevate.

From 9:15am-9:45am in the Basement, one of our members will be putting together an adult and child Sunday School that walks through the core doctrines of the Christian faith using the New City Catechism and Scripture.
Sunday School will be hosted on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month. Class materials will be provided to you for free. If you have any questions, please contact Jonathan Bowyer.

Join us immediately following the Sunday Gathering for our annual Ministry Brainstorming Meeting. For the last several years, our ministry plan has been crafted and led by the Soma Downtown family. Join us as we reflect on Ash Wednesday and the beginning of the Lenten season. This will be a time of prayer, scripture meditation, worship, and the impartation of ashes.

We’re excited for our annual Winter Family meeting! We will have a pitch-in soup/chili dinner followed by a meeting where we will discuss this year’s ministry plan, finances, and have a time for Q/A. Regular attenders and visitors are welcome. Covenant members are strongly encouraged to attend!

Join us from 10am-2pm for a mini-conference led by author, pastor, and storyteller, Dr. Zack Eswine. Dr. Eswine will guide us through what it means to be a wise disciple of Jesus and how we can practice God's wisdom for the life of the world.
Lunch will be included. We will not be offering childcare for this mini-conference. Infants and nursing children are welcome.

Soma Downtown is launching a Young Adults ministry this Fall. This will be open to young adults ages 21-35 who are single, dating, engaged or married without children.
We will gather monthly for a time of worship, fellowship and conversation.
